- 11:00 or 16:00: Course introduction at Ouarzazate Cooking School
- 11:30 or 16:30: Tour of Ouarzazate market to select fresh ingredients with your chef
- Market Return: Begin cooking preparation with traditional Berber tea ceremony
- Cooking Session: Learn to prepare at least two Southern Moroccan dishes plus bread making
- 13:30 or 18:30: Enjoy the three-course meal you prepared with fellow participants
- After Meal: Optional swimming pool access and relaxation with Atlas Mountain views
